Hi! I’m Anne. Let me introduce myself.

I am proud a sixth-generation Kansan and Texan. The people and landscapes of both states deeply influence my art.

I’m happiest when I’m creating with my hands or behind the lens. Whether I’m working with oil paint, shaping clay on the wheel, or capturing a quiet moment through my camera, I find meaning in the creative process and belonging in a creative community.

My favorite place is to be out on a walk or in the garden with my husband, Karl and dog, Juniper. We know the best trails around Austin and where to get breakfast tacos afterward. Let’s hike together sometime?

Fun fact: I’m a beekeeper – one who’s unfortunately allergic to bees. I keep my hives anyway, with a mostly hands-off approach and a deep respect for the role they play and joy they bring.

I consider myself an extroverted introvert. I love to host intentional gatherings that spark connection, joy, and a little bit of magic. But I’ll always need a dose of solitude afterward to recharge. I may come across as reserved on first meeting, but once we connect, I will become your fiercest supporter and hype woman.

I’m currently based in Austin, Texas, but love to travel! Projects have taken me from Atlantic City, New Jersey to Chiang Mai, Thailand.

My approach to photography and filmmaking is rooted in observation and connection. I strive to document authentic moments, big and small, that reflect who you are and what matters most. My style is natural, people-centered, and emotionally resonant.
